- Produce evidence-based trend reports with actionable recommendations for R&D and investment teams
- Design resilience strategies for supply chains and market volatility projections
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
