- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
- Partner with C-suite to align corporate strategy with 2026 market predictions
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ industry verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year lead times
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (STEEP, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with AI/ML predictive modeling for trend forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future concepts
