Responsibilities

- Create compelling vision documents and roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Monitor horizon scanning signals and maintain a dynamic trend intelligence database
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-forward concepts into product development
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
