Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, socio-economic, and geopolitical domains to identify 2026+ opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate emerging technologies and validate market readiness
- Facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-state roadmaps
- Produce executive-grade reports and presentations translating complex foresight into actionable business strategy
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry talks, and media engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional visualization and storytelling skills to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies mastery
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech foresight highly valued
