Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for clients using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech fusion, metaverse ecosystems)
- Produce quarterly foresight reports on disruptive forces reshaping global markets
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Present at global forums like CES and Davos on next-generation business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Palisade @Risk, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of implementing future-proof strategies with measurable ROI
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., MFSc from University of Houston)
