Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 technology horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, robotics, and biotech sectors
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment and societal impact assessment
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Produce annual Future State reports and thought leadership content for industry forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with proven impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies certification
- Track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience advising C-level executives on disruptive technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable outcomes
