Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in climate tech and neurointerfaces
- Establish innovation metrics to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Build cross-industry coalitions to shape responsible tech adoption standards
- Lead workshops on exponential thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Proven track record developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
