Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and disruption preparedness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author predictive intelligence reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions aligned with strategic foresight
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
