Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, governments, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateX as a futurism authority
- Quantify future opportunities and risks through data-driven modeling and simulation
- Advose on R&D investments and talent acquisition for emerging capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
