Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making and strategic roadmap alignment
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce thought leadership reports and trend briefs for executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused research
- Translate foresight into product innovation strategies and go-to-market opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight role
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or scenario-planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in AI, Web3, climate tech, or human augmentation trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
