Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align vision with execution
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports for Fortune 500 stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups (5+ investments/year)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or sociotechnical systems
- Proven track record influencing enterprise-level transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Experience advising Fortune 100 companies on future-proofing strategies
