Responsibilities
- Develop scenario-planning models for quantum computing adoption and biotech convergence
- Lead foresight workshops with C-suite executives on metaverse governance and digital sovereignty
- Produce annual Horizon Reports on climate-resilient infrastructure and AI alignment
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Coordinate global futures consortiums with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
- Advocate for sustainable innovation in policy briefings to congressional committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scenario planning for Fortune 100 clients
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or CFCS)
- Published research in Journal of Futures Studies or Technology Forecasting
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi methods and cross-impact matrices
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and climate adaptation frameworks
