Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to forecast industry trends through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation and innovation impact
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience developing 3-5 year strategic frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
