Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their 2026 implications
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities
- Produce quarterly Future State Reports with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, systems thinking, and scenario modeling
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills (Python, Tableau)
