As a key architect of our 2026+ vision, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and corporate evolution in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Horizon Scanning Reports mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing and neurointerfaces
- Partner with R&D to prioritize moonshot projects aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Establish futures intelligence frameworks to monitor early signals of systemic change
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and key stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in anticipatory thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of future-casting methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Systems thinking with ability to model complex interdependencies
- Executive communication skills for translating futures insights into actionable strategy
- Advanced degree in futures studies, economics, or technology (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or strategic foresight work
