- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototyping and pilot programs for future-facing solutions
- Author annual foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic foresight initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
