Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish cross-industry partnerships with emerging tech pioneers and thought leaders
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior strategists in futurist methodologies and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
