Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with transformative potential
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership presentations at global innovation forums
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with C-level stakeholders to align organizational vision
- Author white papers and market analyses on disruptive technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture cutting-edge insights
- Mentor cross-functional teams in applying futures thinking to product development and business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
