Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and foresight briefings for executive decision-making
- Design and maintain an innovation pipeline prioritizing high-potential 2026+ opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field required
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-computer interaction
