Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for future market shifts
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on the future of work, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business value
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stack (blockchain, quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of published research or strategic frameworks for future-oriented initiatives
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex systems thinking
