Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present visionary recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and sociocultural shifts impacting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal implications
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities with data-driven decision making
- Outstanding presentation skills with experience influencing executive audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker in technology foresight or innovation strategy
