Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact business decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Author forward-looking reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor emerging technologies and disruptors across 15+ verticals
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Experience with AI/ML trend forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of 3+ future-strategy implementations
