Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their business implications
- Build a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
