Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in biotech, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on quantum computing applications and neural interface adoption
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Oversee development of proprietary foresight methodologies and predictive analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years strategy experience
- Proven track record of delivering trend-based strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities translating complex concepts into executive-ready insights
- Published author in foresight journals or top-tier business publications
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent foresight methodology preferred
