Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with market evolution
- Author white papers on societal implications of autonomous systems and biodevices
- Advise on ethical AI governance and responsible innovation protocols
- Build scenario models for geopolitical shifts affecting supply chains and talent acquisition
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify breakthrough investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or VC-backed startup
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning software)
- Demonstrated experience translating complex data into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0, neurotech, and circular economy principles
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
