Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Design and lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-facing decisions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive futures through proprietary methodologies
- Champion a culture of adaptive strategy and continuous future-sensing across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend mapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to executives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF, CFIP) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in futures analysis tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
