Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future solutions
- Author visionary white papers influencing industry 4.0 standards
- Partner with R&D to accelerate breakthrough technology adoption
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Portfolio showcasing scenario-planning deliverables for Fortune 500 clients
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
