Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, bioengineering) to forecast 5-10 year impacts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for board stakeholders and investors
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for market adoption
- Build quantitative models to assess risk/opportunity horizons
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation journals
- Experience with AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
