Responsibilities
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their market implications
- Develop 5-10 year strategic scenarios for enterprise clients across healthcare, energy, and fintech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Represent the company at global forums like Davos and Web Summit
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for early-stage ventures
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with AI trend analysis platforms (GPT-4, Palantir)
- Portfolio of 3+ future-proofed client strategies
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
