Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop predictive models for market evolution and competitive disruption
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Publish thought leadership on future trends in industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (include portfolio examples)
- Expertise in AI, biotechnology, or sustainable futures domains
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with Delphi methodology, SWOT analysis, and PESTLE frameworks
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, TrendHunter)
