Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast industry shifts by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Create strategic roadmaps integrating disruptive innovations into business models
- Produce trend reports and executive briefings with data-driven insights
- Partner with R&D to validate future-focused initiatives
- Monitor horizon scanning ecosystems (startups, academia, policy)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
