Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough products and services for future markets
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Present innovation roadmaps and future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Mentor senior leaders in future-focused decision-making and adaptive planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology foresight, or executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven insights
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
