Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Develop and lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with $10M+ annual budgets
- Present forward-looking insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into actionable product development and market entry strategies
- Lead scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track implementation success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (required)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ countries
