Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or technology forecasting roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with AI, blockchain, or emerging tech ecosystem analysis
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
