Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating disruptive opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, policy, and markets
- Design and execute innovation sprints for breakthrough initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation champions across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced R&D
- Proven track record of launching game-changing products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patents
