- Manage cross-functional teams in executing pilot projects for emerging technologies
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of strategic investments
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futurism required
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Strong project management with PMP or similar certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
