Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic roadmaps by synthesizing geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic megatrends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to develop disruptive products and market-entry strategies
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to incubate breakthrough technologies
- Present future-state narratives to C-suite and board members to drive strategic alignment
- Oversee implementation of agile innovation frameworks with measurable ROI targets
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and recommend portfolio pivots based on emerging signals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative discipline
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation mastery
