Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework for AI, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence

- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a team of innovation analysts and strategic designers
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products with global impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within large organizations
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
