Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and lead corporate innovation labs focused on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into 24-month roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders using data-driven scenario modeling
- Mentor innovation champions and cultivate a culture of experimental thinking across departments
- Lead high-impact projects on climate tech adaptation and decentralized ecosystems
- Publish thought leadership pieces on future of work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and emerging tech assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analytics platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile/DevOps environments
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
