Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready business models
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future scenarios and strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their business implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
