Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic innovation frameworks for emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints and incubation programs
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives for innovation adoption
- Quantify innovation ROI through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
