Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging trends across technology, society, and markets to inform 2026+ strategic vision
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks that transform foresight into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Oversee the creation of trend reports, scenario-planning documents, and innovation roadmaps
- Mentor internal teams on future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling ability
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in tech-driven environments
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategies preferred
