- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype disruptive solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders including board members and investors
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on transformational projects
- Curate thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) on future trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record translating future trends into market-ready products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate-tech domains
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Experience with innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
