Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Author white papers on emerging trends influencing Fortune 500 strategic planning
- Design and validate future scenarios using Monte Carlo simulations and horizon scanning
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Published thought leadership on exponential technology adoption curves
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from at least two paradigm-shifting innovations
- Proficiency in Python for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
