Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience

- Published research on quantum computing or AI ethics (2020-2023)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-focused solutions implemented
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
