Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for organizational adaptation and innovation pipeline
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Author thought leadership publications and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into 5-year roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Build predictive models for market disruption and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership
