Responsibilities
- Forecast global technology and societal trends through horizon scanning and data modeling
- Design innovation roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex insights into actionable strategies
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and market volatility
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight intelligence network
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial innovation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
