Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
