Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision implementation
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and establish future intelligence protocols
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business value
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex futures
