Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead client workshops to identify emerging opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on future-of-work transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor geopolitical and technological signals affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
